College Station is a city in Brazos County, Texas. It is situated in the heart of the Brazos Valley, right in the center of the Texas Triangle region. According to the 2014 U.S. Census, College Station has a population of 103,483.
College Station, TX was established in 1860 when the Houston and Texas Central Railway began to build throughout the area. In 1871, the region was chosen as the location for a land-grant school that is known today as Texas A & M University.
